Win This Planet Zak Set!
Thursday, May 17, 2012
A hectic schedule keeps me and my family constantly on the go. I do my best to always travel with lunch and snacks so we can maintain healthy eating habits. That said, I can’t say I look fashionable toting around my kid’s old black lunch bag. I recently came Planet Zak and was immediately drawn to the vibrant colors, versatility and functionality of their products. Now I look fashionable while still maintaining my eco-friendly philosophy.
Why Planet Zak?
- Using reusable containers and bags is better for the environment – think about how many zip lock bags and tinfoil you could save from entering our landfill every day.
- Healthy eating never looked so fashionable!
- The interior of the bags and totes wipe clean and all containers and bottles are dishwasher safe.
- They’re BPA-free– you don’t have to worry about this controversial chemical seeping into your food or beverages.
- The stainless steel thermal container is completely insulated, keeping food hot or cold longer.
Creative Ideas for the Thermal Containers
Be sure to refrigerate your cold items and heat your hot foods completely before placing in your thermal container. Try any of these fun ways to use it:
- Hot or cold soups
- Oatmeal for breakfast on the go
- Fruit or veggie salads
- Whole grains and pasta dishes (hot or cold)
- Sautéed veggies and stir-fry’s

My husband would use it for hot soup in the cold MN winters!
I would use the thermal stainless steel container for snacks when I travel with my 4 year old. She loves mixed fresh fruit so is perfect to keep it cold & from getting smushed. And we always need snacks when we go to Grandma’s a few hours away!

No problem! I’ll count your last post as your entry– Good luck!
I would use the insulated bag to bring gogurts or squeezable applesauces to the park for picnics. My kids love picnics during the summer and spring.
I would use it for my breakfast and/or lunch when I start work – I always brown bag my lunch for work and since I’m a morning exerciser, I often have oats for breakfast, so the thermal container would be perfect for my oats on the go when I have to be at work super early!
Great idea! Thanks for introducing me to Planet Zak! I’m always being reminded by my loved ones to drink more water, and a stylish bottle would certainly help with that. And, it may seem odd, but I’d use that cool insulated bag to carry temperature sensitive skincare product samples for work.

This water bottle, bag and stainless steel container look wonderful!!! I’d definitely take the water-bottle to work seeing as I struggle to drink enough water through the day, don’t have a water bottle right now, and I actually sometimes get headaches because I don’t get enough water! I do make an effort to drink more, but work can get to hectic, especially as an intern! The thermal container would be great to hold home-made soups for lunches or even my banana oatmeal in the mornings when I’m running a bit late!
I’d use it for my morning oatmeal. I’m always on the goal and this would be great for me!
I recently came upon a great recipe for seasoned vegetables and that is exactly what I would be putting into the container. Eco-friendly + healthy eating = a great situation!
I’m obsessed with grits but it’s impossible to carry around without making a huge mess. The container would be perfect for it!
I’m a college student so it’s really hard to carry around a lunch. I’ve tried throwing a lunchbox into my backpack but it just didn’t work out. I wouldn’t totally around this lunch pack around campus to hold my daily snacks!
I love the stainless steel thermal container because I am a huge fan of soup. I’m currently in my broccoli and cheese soup phase and would love to keep it warm with the thermal container.
My best friend is a huge fan of eco-friendly products and she recently got me into them. I’d love to carry my steamed vegetable in the thermal container!
My daughter would love this set. She just started her undergraduate studies and has been shopping around for some fashionable yet eco-friendly products. She really loves squash and potatoes and this would be a perfect gift for her.
I would love that lunch pack! I am constantly carrying around my old lunch box and did not even know that they could be this cute! I could store my hot oatmeals, my sandwiches and my cold teas!
I’ve never heard of Planet Zak before but am definitely interested in learning more about their products! I’d carry around my hot apple cider! I add my own twist to it and love it!
Eco-Friendly! Yes I love it! I would carry that gorgeous thermal container around filled with my baked potato soup!
I would carry around my son’s hot chocolate. He loves it and drinks it all year round!

I love this set! I take my lunch to works everyday but my bags are old & beat-up so this would be a major upgrade. I’d use thermal container could keep my hot soup hot or my fruit seals chilled! Thanks!
I love this idea! I just started getting into cooking since I decided to eat healthy and have dropped 50 lbs since January (I lived in a college dorm for 4 years and just started apartment living/working full time for a year). Having control over what I eat is great and I’d totally use this to bring in home cooked lunches instead of eating out.
