This year the Food & Nutrition Conference and Expo (FNCE) is being held Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I’ll be speaking at two events and if you’ll be attending, I hope you’ll join me!

Calling all Food Bloggers: Stay In the Game

1:30-3:00 PM in the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Terrace Ballroom I

Dana Angelo White, MS RD ATC and I will explain how to write a food-focused blog post. We’ll follow the lifecycle of a post from brainstorming content to selecting appropriate recipes to writing an effective post and finally, promoting it via social media platforms.

In the Kitchen and Outside the Box: Cooking Lactose Free

1:30-2:30 PM in the Expo Hall (look for the culinary demo stand next to the product marketplace)

Join Thomas Talbert, RD and I as we demonstrate how to cook deliciously healthy dishes that are also lactose free. This session is sponsored by the National Dairy Council.
