Book Giveaway: Dave Grotto’s The Best Things You Can Eat

Wednesday, January 16, 2013

For week 2 of my healthy book giveaway, I’ve got a special treat! Guy-titian David Grotto has just released his third book – and has outdone himself once again. His new book The Best Things You Can Eat has already hit the New York Times Bestsellers List. Now you can enter for your chance to win a copy.

About The Best Things You Can Eat
The first 2 chapters will reveal the top sources of vitamins and minerals. Did you know that orange juice ranks as the 4th top source of vitamin C? Guava is at the top of the list with sweet red peppers coming in second.

You’ll also find top foods that will help everything from aches to getting better sleep. And if you’re looking for top foods for oral health, you’ll find info and tips provided by yours truly (so thrilled to be a part of it!).

One of my favorite chapter in the book is title “Best in Show” where Dave tell you his top picks for food groups like dairy, grains, gluten free grains, nuts, fruits, veggies, and more. Another fun treat is the forward which is written by New York Times bestselling author Lisa Lillien (AKA Hungry Girl).

Right now, the best foods I eat are NEW ONES. I am vowing to try new healthy foods this year, not the some old same old.
