AQUATALLYcup blue with black

Do you have trouble keeping track of how much water you’re drinking? I have a hard time keeping track of anything unless I have some way of marking it down. I have a long to do list, schedule all of my kid’s activities in my iphone, and even have a recipe binder to keep track of the ones I love. But when it comes to drinking water, I have a hard time keeping track and so do many of my clients.

A Smart Tracker
I get approached often with new products, but I’m pretty particular on what I choose to write about. When a rep from AquaTally emailed me, I took a look at their website and loved the simplicity of the cup. The entire idea of keeping track of your water isn’t new, but having the marker right on the cup was smart and easy. There’s no logging onto an app to track anything or remembering numbers in your head. It makes a great stocking stuffer for friends or loved ones who want to start tracking healthy habit.

About AquaTally
The AquaTally tracks how much you drink. The cup holds up to 2 cups of liquid at a time, is dishwasher safe (top rack only), and BPA-free. You can fill it with any beverage, including coffee- though as a dietitian, I recommend filling it with zero or low calorie beverages. There is a colored band on each cup which indicates 1 cup. Above that, there is an indicator ring which can be turned to indicate 0 through 8 cups. As hard as I tried, that indicator ring doesn’t move. The cup comes with or without a straw and in 3 colors: red, blue, or green.

Retail cost for one tumbler: $11.95
