Manage Stress and Negative Emotions 

Unhealthy eating and overeating is often a coping mechanism for stress and/or negative emotions. So, knowing how to manage stress and negative emotions is key to eating well. While it sounds cliche, we all need to find our personal technique for managing stress and emotions, whether it be meditation or yoga, exercise, reading or talking to a friend.
