It’s back to school for many college students, but those college campus streets are lined with fast food restaurants targeting students.  With these popular joints around, the dining halls are usually the last resort for food. However, these fast food restaurants often promote unhealthy food items that can contribute to the “freshman 15,” or unhealthy weight gain throughout college. Here are smarter choices to make at popular fast food restaurants to help avoid those unwanted college pounds.
