Melissa O’Shea is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters Degree in Nutrition from Columbia University. Throughout her career, she has counseled clients on a wide variety of issues, including weight loss, heart health, prenatal and postnatal nutrition, Diabetes and sports nutrition. Melissa is the National Director of Nutrition at exhale spa, as well as an adjunct professor at a local college. Currently, she practices at Northern Westchester Hospital where she provides inpatient nutrition care and education to staff through various in-services as well as chairing the hospital’s Nutrition Care Council. Gail has an extensive background in the food business, and her love of cooking inspires her approach to healthy eating. She is also the author of the acclaimed blog, A Stack of Dishes, and is a contributor to The Daily Meal. After graduating, Gail plans to start an online menu subscription service for those with diabetes or need better blood sugar management.
