Natalie Rizzo, MS, RD is a NYC based Registered Dietitian, food and nutrition blogger at Nutrition à la Natalie and owner of her own private practice. Natalie writes for many nutrition publications, such as Women's Running, Food & Nutrition Magazine, SuperKids Nutrition, The Active Times and LIVESTRONG. Natalie specializes in sports nutrition, and she helps busy, active people live their healthiest lives with her realistic and simplistic approach to nutrition.  She believes that healthy food should be tasty food, and her blog, Nutrition à la Natalie, is full of plant-based recipes and general nutrition and sports nutrition information. Melissa O’Shea is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters Degree in Nutrition from Columbia University. Throughout her career, she has counseled clients on a wide variety of issues, including weight loss, heart health, prenatal and postnatal nutrition, Diabetes and sports nutrition. Melissa is the National Director of Nutrition at exhale spa, as well as an adjunct professor at a local college. Gail Watson is presently completing her Masters in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology at Teachers College, Columbia University. Gail has an extensive background in the food business, and her love of cooking inspires her approach to healthy eating. She is also the author of the acclaimed blog, A Stack of Dishes, and is a contributor to The Daily Meal. After graduating, Gail plans to start an online menu subscription service for those with diabetes or need better blood sugar management.
Stella Sarkisyan is currently completing a graduate program in nutrition alongside the last leg of her dietetic internship at California State University, Los Angeles. After graduating with a degree in Psychology and Socio-cultural Anthropology from UCLA, she discovered her calling in nutrition rather late in her advertising career. Stella has worked with children, providing nutrition mentoring, and is currently a study data collector, analyzing the eating habits of at-risk teens. She enjoys providing nutrition education through corporate nutrition and wellness presentations and hopes to incorporate clinical nutrition, education, and preventative approaches to health in her newly blossoming career.
Stephanie Perruzza is a Registered Dietitian with a masters degree in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Rhode Island.  Currently, she practices at Northern Westchester Hospital where she provides inpatient nutrition care and education to staff through various in-services as well as chairing the hospital’s Nutrition Care Council.  Stephanie has also gained experience at Ketchum PR agency as a food and wellness summer fellow as well as a test kitchen intern at Everyday with Rachael Ray Magazine in New York. Joni Garcia is a registered dietitian with a master’s degree in food and nutrition from the University of Georgia. She currently works for the federal government where she administers nutrition education programs for limited income populations. She also leads her office’s wellness committee. Joni has experience in a variety of private setting s providing nutrition counseling and education. She is the current Chair of Communications Division of the Society of Nutrition Education and Behavior (SNEB). Catherine Cioffi, RD found her passion early for nutrition and dietetics. Originally from New Jersey, Catherine earned a bachelor’s in nutritional sciences from Cornell, and completed the dietetic internship at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. She then spent several years working in food industry, supporting Global R&D at PepsiCo, Inc within the Nutrition Sciences function. She is now living in Atlanta, Georgia while working toward her PhD at Emory University. Her research interests include the underlying interplay between diet, lifestyle, and chronic disease, and strategies to promote better nutrition in children and families. When not working, she enjoys brunch with friends, experimenting with new fitness classes (thanks Class Pass!), and outdoor activities in the Georgia sun!
Elizabeth Canepari, MS, RD is a registered dietitian with a master's degree in nutrition and exercise physiology from Teachers College, Columbia University. Prior to pursuing her career in nutrition, Elizabeth was a health and physical education teacher. Currently, she is employed at Capital Health hospital in Hopewell, New Jersey where she combines her love of nutrition and sport as the pediatric nutrition and wellness coordinator and also works as a clinical dietitian. As a lover of all things food, Elizabeth also enjoystraveling, spending time with friends and family, and a good, craft beer.
Kimberly Visioni, MS, RD is a registered dietitian with a master’s degree in Nutrition and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. Prior to becoming a dietitian, Kimberly worked in the fashion industry for over 10 years. She is now starting a private practice that will provide clients with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the multitude of food options and situations they are exposed to on a daily basis. Kimberly knows that inspiring and empowering her clients with knowledge about diet and exercise will help them achieve their best self. Growing up as a competitive swimmer has been the catalyst to Kimberly's athletic lifestyle. She enjoys taking fitness classes, training for triathlons, distance running and of course cooking up healthy recipes for friends and family.
Rachel Green is a registered dietitian currently working in the food industry.  Originally from Pennsylvania, she attended the University of Delaware for biochemistry but quickly realized her interest in nutrition.  Since completing her dietetic internship at Cornell University, Rachel has enjoyed gaining experience in many aspects of nutrition, from interning at Shape magazine to working as a cooking counselor at a summer camp.  Throughout her career, Rachel aspires to work in nutrition communications, focusing on educating consumers to improve their health and wellness.  In her spare time, she loves cooking (of course), traveling, yoga, hiking, gardening, and a  tasty cup of strong coffee.
Valentine Reed-Johnson, RD, CDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, currently working at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. At the hospital she covers general medicine floors. Eventually, Valentine hopes to open up a private practice alongside her hospital position. Valentine believes in providing practical nutrition knowledge, encouraging others to think logically when it comes to their health.
Lexi Orlan is a junior dietetics major at the University of Delaware.  She hopes to become a registered dietitian and use her passion for food and nutrition to help others.  She plans to work with children and help them grow into the healthiest adults possible.  In her free time, Lexi enjoys cooking, baking, and creating healthy new recipes!                                                                                                                                             .

Sheridan Jonas is a senior at Miami University, and she is currently finishing her undergraduate degree in Nutrition (Dietetics) and Premed. She works as a nationally certified group fitness instructor and teaches both kickboxing and toning. Upon graduation, she plans on doing a dietetic internship and becoming and registered dietitian to further her passion for nutrition.
