Gail Watson

Gail Watson is presently completing her Masters in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology at Teachers College, Columbia University. Gail has an extensive background in the food business, and her love of cooking inspires her approach to healthy eating. She is also the author of the acclaimed blog, A Stack of Dishes, and is a contributor to The Daily Meal. After graduating, Gail plans to start an online menu subscription service for those with diabetes or need better blood sugar management.
