Posted at 20:48h, 01 MayThis bento box is awesome! I will be studying abroad in Egypt and Ghana next year, so I will be packing my lunch with tasty goodies from the Egyptian and Ghanaian markets. In Ghana the boxes will be filled with Ghanaian peanuts (amazing,) fresh avocado (they are enormous,) papaya picked straight from the bush, and homemade bread!
In Egypt the boxes will be filled with cous cous, eggplant, mango, and pine nuts! Of course, these meals will be alternating with everything else the markets have to offer!
