Win These Mediterranean Snacks!

Let’s face it, there is nothing like a crunchy cracker or chip to accompany your favorite dip, spread or cheese. The problem, however, is most commercially prepared chips and crackers are loaded with fat, sodium and preservatives. You can imagine how excited I was to find a company whose products not only taste great, but are loaded with good-for-you ingredients. About Mediterranean Snacks
These high protein, low fat, gluten-free snacks are made from lentils, garbanzo beans, adzuki beans, whole grains and legumes. The ingredients are free of chemicals, additives and genetic modification.

Choose from Lentil Crackers, Baked Lentil Chips, and Hummuz crispz, which are lighter than a cracker but sturdier than a chip. Each 1 ounce serving of Lentil Crackers has 110 calories, 3 grams of fat and 5 grams of protein, compared to traditional crackers, which usually have around 140 calories, 6 grams of fat and only 2 grams of protein per 1 ounce serving.
