20 Aug Giveaway: The Sneaky Chef Creamy No-Nut Butter
Between the peanut-free classroom policy and high number of kids with nut allergies, it’s become a task to find a tasty nut-free butter. I was pleasantly surprised after tasting The Sneaky Chef’s No-Nut Butter. Its creamy texture and naturally sweet taste has quickly become a favorite in my home.
Nutrition Lowdown
This no-nut butter is made from non-GMO golden peas without any high fructose corn syrup or artificial colors and flavors. It’s free of any nuts, seeds and soy and made in a nut-free facility so you don’t have to worry about cross-contamination.
Two tablespoons has 150 calories, 14 grams of fat, 1.5 grams of saturated fat, 11 grams of carbohydrates, 4 grams of sugar, and 3 grams of protein.
5 Ways to Enjoy
- Make a nut-free PB&J sandwich on whole grain bread with 2 teaspoons of jam
- Toss together no-nut butter and banana with nonfat milk and Greek yogurt for a quick and delicious smoothie.
- Make the classic “ants on a log” – fill celery sticks with no-nut butter and top with raisins.
- Stir 1 tablespoons of no-nut butter into oatmeal for added protein, flavor and a creamy texture.
- Dip apple and pear slices into 2 tablespoons of no-nut butter for a filling snack.
