There’s almost nothing better than sitting down for a meal made straight from your home garden. In the summer, many home gardeners have tomatoes and cucumbers out the wazoo. They may have so much that they struggle to use all their produce before it goes bad. Here are some great ways to use that fresh garden produce before it ends up in the compost bin.

June
Strawberries
- Refreshing sangria

- Freeze berries for smoothies
Snap Peas/Beans
- Roast and eat as a snack
- Pickled snap peas

Cherry Tomatoes
- Sun-dried Tomatoes
