Posted at 19:19h, 02 FebruaryI’ve been using the book and found a lot of typos or incorrect/extra/missing items. Do you have a place to submit issues and get corrections? Some things I’ve been able to figure out but others (like the beef lasagna calling for a 15oz tomato sauce or 1.75c homemade tomato sauce and then there’s only instruction to use 1/4c) I cannot figure out.

Posted at 22:31h, 11 FebruaryHi Karen,
Thanks for your note! If you look at the instructions, the tomato sauce is used in two locations. First, 1/4 cup of the sauce is used to make sure nothing sticks to the bottom of the baking dish (step 4). The remaining 1 1/2 cups of the tomato sauce is spread over the top of the lasagna (it is listed in step 5). Let me know if you have any other questions!
Happy, healthy eating!
