March is National Nutrition Month, so let’s talk meal prep! As a busy mom with three children, I know how hard it can be to get dinner on the table every night. And as a registered dietitian, I know the importance of feeding your family healthy, nutritious meals. All month long, I’m going to be celebrating National Nutrition Month by providing tips and recipes for meal prepping. Meal prepping is a great way to save time, money, eat healthier, decrease stress, and control your weight. I am the author of two best-selling books on meal prepping, The Healthy Meal Prep Cookbook and Smart Meal Prep For Beginners.
