If you’re trying to add more plant-based foods into your diet, there’s no better way to get them into your diet than by meal prepping. These meals include starches, fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and protein. Plant-based proteins can include lentils, beans, soy, or even quinoa. They offer fiber, vitamins, and minerals with little saturated fat.
