Ingredients
  • 3 canned artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained and halved
  • 18 baby spinach leaves
  • 6 mozzarella balls
  • 6 pitted kalamata olives
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 6 no-salt added canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 6 mini wooden skewers
Instructions
  1. Thread one artichoke heart, 3 folded spinach leaves, one mozzarella ball, one olive, one tomato, and one chickpea onto each of 6 skewers.
  2. Serve immediately.
