Lighter Parmesan Dressing

Serves: ¾ cup
  • ¼ cup lite mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup low fat buttermilk
  • 1½ tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
  1. Place the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, buttermilk, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, parsley, salt, and pepper in a blender; blend until smooth.
  2. Store dressing in a covered container or jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
