Strawberry-Pineapple Ice Pops

  • ¾ cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, halved
  • ¾ cups 100% orange juice
  • ½ cup low fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  1. Place the pineapple, strawberries, orange juice, and Greek yogurt in a blender or food processor and blend until completely combined and smooth, about 1 minute.
  2. Pour into 6 standard ice pop molds, using a ½-cup scoop, and insert popsicle stick into each one. Freeze until set, at least 4 hours.
