Balance Protein Throughout the Day
Are you like many people who skimp on protein at breakfast and over-do it at dinner? Getting an even distribution of protein throughout the day can help control hunger and maintain healthy muscles. Re-balance your protein throughout the day by choosing higher protein foods at breakfast such as Greek yogurt and keeping your meat portions at dinner to no more than 3-4 ounces.
