Aim for Color Every Day
Aim to include at least 4 different colors a day of plant based foods and work your way up to 6 or 7! Oranges at breakfast, green romaine at lunch black beans and onions at dinner -white counts too! By actively choosing more colors -you’ll naturally boost healthy foods that serve your body well, after all you just have one place to live!
