29 Mar 31 Days of Healthy Eating: Day 29 Tip from Christy Wilson
Happy National Nutrition Month! Today’s healthy eating tip comes from the spectacular Christy Wilson who I met a few years back at the Food & Nutrition Conference and Expo. Since then, I have gotten to know Christy and her contributions to the world of nutrition are truly outstanding. Enjoy Christy’s tip.
Have a Plan
Have a few dishes in mind that you’d like to prepare during the week. Make a list of what you’ll need to prepare those meals and bring that list into the store with you. Remember, eating restaurant and pre-packaged foods puts the responsibility of your health in someone else’s hands. It’s never too late to start eating well!
