It’s All About the Green Base
I aim to put down a handful of leafy green veggies as a base to almost everything I eat. Put hot pasta on greens to wilt perfectly, cut pizza into squares and use as croutons, turn taco night into taco salad night, top greens with dinner classics like steak and potatoes or dump half your usual Chinese food order on the greens!
