I’m so thrilled to have my third cookbook  The Easy 5-Ingredient Healthy Cookbook: Simple Recipes To Make Healthy Eating Delicious released on April 3, 2018. This cookbook is all about quick, easy, simple ways to get healthy meals on your table. Right now you can only pre-order it on Amazon. Because March 13th is Registered Dietitian day, I wanted to do something extra special and giveaway an advanced copy of my cookbook. You will be the first person to get your hands on this bad boy.

The Easy 5-Ingredient Healthy Cookbook has over 150 delicious, healthy recipes that can be made with easy to find ingredients. Many of the recipes can be made in one pot, in 30 minutes or less, or are freezer-friendly. Some of the recipes in the cookbook include:
