About Alpina
This yogurt is a big hit with my family and friends. I’ve tried 2 varieties: Restart and Revive.

Restart is nonfat yogurt with crunchy gluten-free granola and comes in vanilla, blueberry, strawberry and peach. Each 6.6 ounce container is 160 calories and offers up 11 grams of protein.

Revive is Greek yogurt topped with artisan granolas. The calories vary depending on the type of granola—calm, focus, vitality, or youth. These granolas are made with ingredients like oats, nuts, seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, tropical fruit, and berries. It comes in plain, mango blueberry and honey flavor. All are fewer than 200 calories per 6-ounce serving and offer up 15 grams of protein.

Whether you’re a traditional or Greek yogurt kind of peep, both are perfect for a grab-and-go breakfast or a mid-afternoon snack. These yogurts have plenty of protein and healthy fat to keep you satisfied.
