Ingredients
- 3 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 can (10 oz) water-packed chunk light tuna, drained

- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 4 red bell peppers, sliced in half lengthwise and cored
- 8 romaine lettuce leaves, halved
- 4 oz Monterey Jack cheese slices, cut into 8 pieces
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Add the tuna, onion, and celery; stir to coat.
