Ingredients
- 2 Haas avocados
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed, diced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- ½ medium red onion, diced
- ½ medium red bell pepper, diced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
Instructions
- Slice avocados in half, remove pit, and slice in quarters. Peel the skin off of avocados and dice into cubes. Place cubed avocado into a large bowl and drizzle with lime juice.
- Add the jalapeno, garlic, red onion, red pepper, cilantro, salt and pepper; gently toss to combine. Using a potato masher, mash the avocado mixture leaving chunks.
- Gently fold in the pineapple until evenly distributed in the guacamole.
- Serve with tortilla chips (like in photo) or vegetables of choice.
