Ingredients
  • 2 Haas avocados
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • ½ medium red onion, diced
  • ½ medium red bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
Instructions
  1. Slice avocados in half, remove pit, and slice in quarters. Peel the skin off of avocados and dice into cubes. Place cubed avocado into a large bowl and drizzle with lime juice.
  2. Add the jalapeno, garlic, red onion, red pepper, cilantro, salt and pepper; gently toss to combine. Using a potato masher, mash the avocado mixture leaving chunks.
  3. Gently fold in the pineapple until evenly distributed in the guacamole.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips (like in photo) or vegetables of choice.
