Ingredients
  • 1½ cups pomegranate juice
  • ¾ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons roughly chopped mint leaves
  • Juice of 3 limes (about 6 tablespoons)
  • Zest of 1 lime
Instructions
  1. Combine the pomegranate juice, Greek yogurt, honey, mint, lime juice, and lime zest in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Evenly distribute the mixture into 8 standard ice pop molds and insert a popsicle stick into each. Freeze until set, at least 4 hours.
