Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana, thinly sliced
- ½ cup frozen cauliflower rice
- ¼ Haas avocado
- ½ cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon honey (I prefer manuka)
- 1 kiwi, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon unsalted raw sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Place the strawberries, ½ the banana slices, cauliflower rice, avocado, milk, and honey in a blender and blend until thick and smooth. Spoon mixture into a bowl.
- Top the smoothie bowl with the remaining banana slices, kiwi slices, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds.
- Serve immediately.
