Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • ¼ Haas avocado
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey (I prefer manuka)
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Place the strawberries, ½ the banana slices, cauliflower rice, avocado, milk, and honey in a blender and blend until thick and smooth. Spoon mixture into a bowl.
  2. Top the smoothie bowl with the remaining banana slices, kiwi slices, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds.
  3. Serve immediately.
