Ingredients
  • ¼ cup dry roasted, unsalted cashews
  • ¼ cup dry roasted, unsalted shelled pistachios
  • ¼ cup dry roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup dried tart cherries
  • 3 tablespoons dark chocolate chips (at least 60% cacao)
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, add the cashews, pistachios, sunflower seeds, raisins, tart cherries, and chocolate chips. Toss to combine.
  2. Place in a bowl and serve.
